FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I add additional time or guests to my reservation?

When booking your reservation, make sure to leave a note in the Comment Section if you’d like to add additional time or guests. We’ll reach out to confirm the changes and any price adjustments.

Pricing: Additional guests are $60 per guest, max 12 guests per reservation. We can certainly accommodate larger sized groups or Corporate Events!

Additional time is $100 an hour.

Am I allowed to bring my own food & drinks?

Absolutely! You are more than welcome to bring your own food and drinks. If you would like for us to provide food or refreshments for the picnic, take a peep at our Add On Menu before completing your reservation (might we recommend a Grazing Board?)

We’re happy to source some items as well if there’s something you’re hoping to enjoy, but don’t see listed on the menu. We’ve partnered with some great bakeries, local merchants and stellar cheese mongers to provide delicious offerings. Looking for Vegan or Vegetarian options? Just let us know!

Can I bring my dog?

Absolutely! We offer a Pup Package should you like to make their picnic experience a little more pampered. Please make sure to keep our parks clean, and pick up after them.

What are the locations for the picnic?

We’re located in Denver, CO and rotate between three gorgeous parks. Currently we rotate between City Park, Cheeseman Park and Washington Park. We keep a close eye on any large public events happening at the parks and try to host at the other parks for a more enjoyable experience and ease of finding parking.

You’ll receive confirmation of the location and contact information in your confirmation email once your reservation is complete.

If you’re interested in hosting a Private Experience or In Home service, we do those as well! Send us a message here

Can we leave prior to our scheduled end time?

Absolutely. Just shoot us a text or phone call 20 minutes or so before you need to depart, so we can meet you onsite before you head out. We make sure to have our contact info printed out and waiting for you at the picnic.

We do ask that you do not leave before we arrive, you are responsible for all picnic items until we arrive to the location. We love our fancy bits and bobbles and would like to hold onto them.

Do we have to clean up after our picnic?

Nope, nope, nope. Let us do the cleaning up and you just enjoy your experience and day.

What happens if I’m running late?

We ask that guests arrive on time so that we may greet you and make sure you have everything you need. We are unable to extend picnic end times unless previously arranged, so if you’re running late it will be time lost from the experience. Late arrivals are subject to additional late arrival fees.

Can I reschedule or cancel my reservation?

We do not offer refunds of any services. We know that personal circumstances can change so we offer the option to reschedule your experience with a 7 day written notice prior to your originally scheduled date. Rescheduled picnics must be within 60 days of the original reservation.

Weather Conditions: Rescheduling is permitted for unpredictable and inclement weather conditions. If the forecast predicts extreme weather conditions (temps below 40º, snow, rain) on the day of your event, you can reschedule the reservation to any future available date within 60 days of your original booking. Please reach out to us at least 24 hours prior to your reservation to let us know you wish to reschedule due to weather.

Is alcohol allowed?

Yes and no. We are unable to provide alcoholic beverages. It is the responsibility of the client and guests to check alcohol laws of any venue or public space being used for one of our picnics. Mon Ami Picnic Co. takes no responsibility for any alcohol consumption or penalties occurred.

With that said- most parks in Denver currently allow beer or wine, but no hard liquor. Please make sure to not have or use any glass bottles/items as those are not allowed in the parks.
